We can fix the majority of laptop hardware issues, such as motherboard issues, power jack issues, and graphic chip issues. We have a 80-90% success rate. The other 20% of the time, motherboard issues are not repairable, and there is no other choice but to replace the entire motherboard. On those scenarios, we then check the price of the board, tell you the price, and ask you for approval. If you approve, we order the part and repair the laptop. If you decline, we send the laptop back to you un-repaired.
